The Systems Workforce Summit is a joint initiative by leading organizations committed to strengthening the systems workforce and advancing hightech ecosystems. The Systems Workforce Summit is a collaborative initiative by NXTGEN Hightech, Brainport Development and TU Delft.
Together, these organizations bring complementary perspectives from industry, regional ecosystem development and academia. By combining their networks and expertise, they contribute to strengthening the systems workforce and supporting the long-term competitiveness of hightech sectors.
The summit reflects a shared ambition: to connect stakeholders, align strategies and accelerate progress on one of the key challenges behind technological innovation.

NXTGEN Hightech

A National Growth Fund-programme focused on strengthening the Dutch hightech sector through innovation, collaboration and the development of future-proof systems capabilities. NXTGEN Hightech connects partners across domains to accelerate technological progress and workforce development.

Brainport Development

The regional development agency of the Brainport Eindhoven region, one of Europe’s leading hightech ecosystems. Brainport Development brings together industry, knowledge institutions and government to drive innovation, talent development and economic growth.

TU Delft

A leading international university of technology, recognized for its strong focus on engineering, systems thinking and innovation. TU Delft plays a key role in educating future talent and advancing research in complex systems and technological development.
