Why we collaborate

The systems workforce challenge requires a coordinated approach across domains and sectors. No single organization can address it alone.

By working together, the organizing partners create a platform that connects perspectives from industry, academia and policy – enabling meaningful dialogue and contributing to shared solutions.

The Systems Workforce Summit is a direct result of this collaboration: a space where leadership, expertise and networks come together to shape the future of systems innovation.
